Your EZ BIZ CARD™ FOR TEAMS includes all of the features of our standard subscriptions EXCEPT unlimited revisions. Please refer to each TEAM subscription level’s description for the corresponding revision policy.
If you do not pay the annual renewal (where applicable), your team members will not lose service BUT you will lose ALL access to revisions and your template/layout will be locked “as is” at the time of your failed/canceled annual renewal. Also, your personal EZ Biz Card™ will need to be converted to a paying team member account at $49 per year or it will be terminated 30 days after the scheduled renewal date
In such an event, regardless of which plan you were on, our full branding and links will reappear at the bottom of every team member’s URL. Existing team member’s renewal accounts in good standing would be able to continue for their lifespan but your private team order page would be removed and any new team members would have to purchase a standard subscription at the then-current pricing.

This discounted service includes the use of a fixed template with the same layout & functions of our core product. Each member purchasing a TEAM ACCOUNT gets the same header, same company logo, same navigation colors, same buttons/links, same company content, same videos, same photos, etc., as determined by the TEAM ACCOUNT OWNER.
Team members may only personalize their headshot, their quote, their about me, and their personal details linked to the menu/action buttons. Reasonable revisions like updated headshots, changes of position/title, new email links, new phone extension at the office, etc. are included at no extra cost.
Additionally, the look and layout are subject to change at any time, per the request of the TEAM ACCOUNT OWNER. IF you want a more customized card, please subscribe to our standard individual subscription.
Your TEAM ACCOUNT subscription can be converted to a standard subscription for a $29 transfer/revision fee and would renew at the then standard cost per year starting on the historical renewal date of the account.

PURVEYORS OF ADULT BUSINESSES MAY USE OUR SERVICE TO LINK TO THEIR ADULT ORIENTED CONTENT BUT THEY MAY NOT USE EXPLICIT LANGUAGE OR PICTURES ON THEIR EZ BIZ CARD™ NOR MAY THEY PUBLICLY ADVERTISE OUR DOMAIN(S) <www.myezbizcard.com and ezbizcare.net> IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LINKS ON THEIR OWN WEBSITES OR OUR URL VISIBLE ON ADVERTISEMENTS.
We do not upload nor do we allow you to upload or host ANY files other than PDF documents, pictures (.jpg & .png), and/or the .vcf file and QR code image which may be provided by you or created by us. Any other files you want to link to from your account MUST be hosted elsewhere. We ONLY setup links to those files on your EZ Biz Card™ URL. Videos must be hosted on either YouTube or Vimeo. On our platform, you enter the video’s URL and we serve it from THEIR servers, not ours.
BY SUBSCRIBING, YOU AGREE THAT IF WE FIND THAT YOU HAVE UPLOADED ANY FILES WHATSOEVER OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED IN THE PARAGRAPH ABOVE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
YOU are instructing 9th Street Media (Developer/Seller of EZ Biz Card™) as to what content and links will appear on your EZ Biz Card™. We do NOT write your content or choose your images/links/documents/etc. that are connected to your EZ Biz Card™ personal website other than providing the background pictures which are made available to use under an authorized license from their developer.
By using our service, you agree that YOU and YOU ALONE are solely responsible for any liability for any incidents whatsoever that may arise as a result of someone visiting your website and clicking through to a malicious link or download where such links and/or documents/files were provided by you to us as part of your build instructions.
YOU and YOU ALONE shall be held responsible for any repercussions (legally, criminally, civilly, financially, or otherwise) that may occur from using images, content, links, videos, file, etc. that you do not have permission to use and/or providing malicious content or offensive content or providing links to malicious and/or offensive content.
Neither 9th Street Media (Developer/Seller of EZ Biz Card™) nor any of its employees, team members, affiliates, vendors, subcontractors, etc. shall be held liable for improper or illegal use of copyrighted materials including but not limited to pictures, photos, and content.
Additionally, we shall not be held liable for what happens on any third-party links that YOU instruct us to link to within your EZ Biz Card™.
In any event, where 9th Street Media (Developer/Seller of EZ Biz Card™) and/or any of its employees, team members, affiliates, vendors, subcontractors, etc. should be sued or held legally accountable for any content or links to any content provided by you, you agree to be held 100% legally and civilly responsible for ALL fees and expenses as may be necessary for 9th Street Media (Developer/Seller of EZ Biz Card™) and/or any of its employees, team members, affiliates, vendors, subcontractors, etc. to defend ourself/ourselves as well as for covering the expense of any verdict issued against us as a result of your activities.
THIS IS NOT A HOSTING PLATFORM. ANY FILES OR IMAGES UPLOADED MUST BE FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF DESIGNING YOUR EZ BIZ CARD™. IF WE FIND THAT YOU HAVE UPLOADED FILES FOR THE PURPOSE OF STORAGE OR WEB DEVELOPMENT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
YOUR ACCOUNT IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 50 IMAGES, 5 PDFS, AND 4 THIRD PARTY VIDEO LINKS.
