The total time on the training videos is xx minutes. However, the reason that total is so long is because I am long winded to start with; I made a point to be thorough; I made a point to move slowly enough on the videos to make sure that nothing was missed or glossed over; and I made a point to explain the reason behind things.
If you are more web savvy you may have skipped some of the videos but, assuming that you are following along then we know the minimum will be xx minutes PLUS your time to duplicate what you saw so let’s assume another xx minutes.
Once you know how to do it, you could rebuild your entire card with all new colors, images, videos, etc. in about 20 to 30 minutes plus prep time on your images which means typical revisions and touch ups should take no time at all.
For faster learners and subscribers returning for revisions, I made one video going through fast which can be found on the last tab, titled “Full Build- No Explanations.” That video is xx minutes long.
Renaming files isn’t required for subscribers but Team Members MUST do it because it helps to boost YOUR S.E.O. When naming files ALWAYS use lower case letters no matter what and always use dash (-) between every word. your-name-head-shot or bob-jones-slider-image-1,etc.

HEADER IMAGE
1. Try to choose an image that is around a 10 wide to 6 tall ration or 4:3.
2. Crop as needed to get that shape.
3. Resize so that it between 500 and 1500 pixels wide, ideally- 1000 x 600.
4 . Rename it to your-name-header or your-business-name-header
HEAD SHOT
1. This image needs to be perfectly square, crop if needed.
2. Resize to 500 x 500 pixels
3. Rename it to your-name-headshot
Ratios similar to the header image work best- 1000 x 600, for example.
1. Choose 5 to 10 images.
2. Crop all images to the same ratio.
3. Resize all images to the same size, between 500 to 1500 pixels on a given dimension.
4. Rename all images as follows: your-business-name-slider-image-1 (2,3,4,5,etc.)
1. Choose 9 images.
2. Crop to make them square aka 1:1 ratio.
3. Resize as needed. See above.
4. Rename all images as follows: your-business-name-slider-image-1
Refer to your welcome email for your login link, username, & password. Typically, it will look something like https://myezbizcard.com/your-name/wp-admin.
You can choose from 60 pre-installed background images or a plain background in any color you can imagine OR a customized backgournd that blends 2 colors.
Customize your EZ Biz Card™ by changing the color of menu buttons, navigation icons, font colors, and element borders.
Add your Header Image, Head Shot, Name (or Company Name), Quote or Tagline, & Title.
Upload your Vcard (.vcf) file then copy the file path and add it to the settings for the “Add Me To Contacts” button.
Choose which links or functions you want for 3 to 10 menu buttons then adjust the settings to include picking the right icon.
Toggles are boxes that expand and contract to reveal or hide content. Use these to provide your visitors w/ key business details, information, special offers, deals, instructions, etc.
Copy your video link(s) into the settings and create attention-getting motion effects for titles & headlines.
Add, subtract, and edit pictures and picture sections (aka Carousels, Collages, & “Instagram Splices”
Add, subtract, & modify scrolling testimonials and/or reviews.
Ask visitors to get in touch with you and use your EZ Biz Card™ to capture leads via a customizable submission form.
